We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to grow ITL Health's presence across Western Canada. Based in British Columbia, this role focuses on supporting existing retail partners, opening new accounts, and driving brand visibility for our magnesium-based supplement lines. The ideal candidate comes with experience, is proactive, confident on the road, and comfortable balancing day-to-day account management with strategic territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Sales & Growth
Manage and grow sales across Western Canada, with regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets in alignment with company goals, reporting to the National Canadian sales manager.
Develop a territory plan that outlines growth opportunities, key accounts, and strategic priorities.
2. Account Management & Customer Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, distributors, and key buyers.
Conduct regular store visits to maintain shelf presence, troubleshoot issues, and support product sell-through.
Ensure accounts receive timely support, including product knowledge, restocking information, and merchandising assistance.
3. New Business Development
Identify prospective retailers and expand ITL Health's footprint across the natural health and pharmacy sectors.
Conduct outreach through calls, in-person visits, networking events, and industry functions.
Present tailored solutions that align with customer needs and elevate brand performance.
4. Product Education & Training
Deliver product knowledge sessions to store staff and demo teams.
Ensure front-line staff understand product benefits, differentiators, and key talking points.
Keep training materials up to date in collaboration with sales and marketing.
5. Sales Presentations & Negotiation
Conduct product presentations with buyers, store managers, and decision-makers.
Close new business with a focus on sustainable, long-term relationships.
6. Reporting
Maintain accurate and timely records of visits, sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly and monthly summaries highlighting performance, challenges, and market insights.
Use sales tools effectively
7. Internal Collaboration
Communicate regularly with sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure consistent support for accounts.
Provide feedback on customer trends, competitive activity, and product performance to help guide internal strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in the natural health industry, bonus for outside sales or account management
Proven ability to manage a large territory and work with minimal supervision.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Comfortable with sales presentations, product education, and in-store visits.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Western Canada.

Delivery of product training within assigned accounts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
