front-end bin rentals for property managers

roll-off bins for contractors

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a portfolio of property managers and contractors using our bin rental services. Actively prospect, cold-call, and develop new client relationships to expand market share. Manage the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, closing, and onboarding clients. Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and service reviews. Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, competitors, and regulatory requirements. Represent RICI at industry functions, networking events, and client meetings. Prepare accurate reports on account activity, sales pipeline, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales/account management experience in

waste management, facility services, or environmental solutions

. Existing

relationships with property managers

or experience managing a

book of business in the waste industry

strongly preferred. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized, and able to work independently. Valid G driver's license and reliable vehicle (local travel 40-50%).
