We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Vendor Services (MPT) in Burnaby, British Columbia. This is eligible for Fully Remote work arrangement.

The Opportunity:

The Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Vendor Services (Micro Private Treaty) is responsible for the execution and overall management of the \xe2\x80\x9cMPT\xe2\x80\x9d relationship with sellers involved in private sales. As the point person for the sellers and RBFS Account Managers, the Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Vendor Services (MPT) is responsible for driving business outcomes and high customer satisfaction. As such, the MPT AM is expected to coordinate both internal and external resources to meet customer goals.

In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll:

Point of contact for RBFS Account Managers, Doc and Funding Department and sellers for all MPT and Contract related tasks across all sales channels at RBFS.

Contacts MPT sellers to collect the required documentation to have a consignment contract created.

Assists with Search and collection of waivers when required.

Explains the timeline and process to sellers who enter into MPT opportunities.

Builds and maintains a strong and trusting relationship with internal and external customers and handles the administrative tasks related to all opportunities regarding Micro Private Treaty and Consignments thereby providing the AMs with more customer facing selling opportunities.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring:

2+ years of relevant Sales and Administration experience

Preference for Financial Services or Equipment Financing industry experience

Minimum high school diploma. A university degree in the field of business would be considered an asset. * Strong Customer Service skills, and comfortable talking on the phone.

This job will require you to:

Establish a list of daily tasks to be completed and as requests/work comes in determines urgency and complexity and resets priorities as required in order to effectively meet the needs of both the customer and the business.

Reviews current processes and determines if any improvements or changes can be made in order to provide better customer service and/or more operational efficiencies. Recommends said changes to Management.

Provides effective & timely solutions when presented with an issue.

Guides and advises the seller through the entire process providing answers and resolving problems as needed to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
