About the role
We're looking for a driven, passionate, and detail-oriented
Account Manager to join our Sales team in Toronto.
In this role, you'll contribute to the sales process while leading the end-to-end management of podcast advertising initiatives - from strategic planning and coordination to delivery, reporting, and ongoing client communication. You'll work closely with our Account Executives, creators, and internal teams across the globe to bring campaigns to life.
You'll play an important role at the heart of podcast advertising, combining creative thinking with strategic execution to help brands connect with listeners in meaningful ways. The role offers exposure to high-impact brand campaigns, industry-leading thinking, and a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same - all within a team that values collaboration, creativity, and a shared passion for what we do
What youll do
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle
Manage the end-to-end execution of audio advertising campaigns - including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based buys
Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) and to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth campaign execution
Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align on messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities
Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the Sales team
Track performance and develop post-campaign reports that inform renewals, upsells, and long-term client success
Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking
Hybrid work structure: remote and in-office (currently 1 day/week at our Toronto office)
Who you are
A proactive and passionate media professional with 2-4 years' experience in media planning, digital advertising, or account management.
Strategic and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate internal workflows across sales, operations, and content teams
A clear and confident communicator with a personable, professional approach and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals
A naturally curious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with reliability and accuracy
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Excel
Brings a well-rounded understanding of the evolving digital media landscape, with a strong interest in audio, influencer marketing, and both brand and performance-led strategies
