You\'ll be instrumental in supporting culturally-driven campaigns, taking charge of project management, fostering client relationships, and working closely with teams to deliver exceptional ROI for both national and global brands. Your skillset should encompass strong proactive and reactive communications, media relations experience, proficiency in data analysis and insights, as well as expertise in social media, experiential marketing, influencer engagement, and managing consumer, corporate, and lifestyle brands.Crafting communications that resonate within diverse cultures requires a solid foundation of data and insights. We\'re in search of someone with a distinctive perspective, who thrives in trend analysis, data interpretation, comprehensive research, and innovative ideation. This role calls for a passionate team player with a strong creative mindset, strategic expertise, and outstanding organizational capabilities.Some of the amazing work you\'ll do:

  • Develop and support client communications across PR, events, media relations, and social media.
  • Oversee various aspects of client programs, including research, strategy development, campaign execution, paid digital and social advertising, analytics, and reporting.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of client information, including business strategy, industry insights, and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools and platforms, with strong research and data understanding, particularly in social and digital strategies, investigative research, and campaign analysis.
  • Generate award-winning, creative ideas to boost client results and brand influence.
  • Relentlessly pursue program effectiveness, managing day-to-day activities, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Foster creative thinking and inspire innovative approaches.
  • Craft engaging content for media materials, such as editorial pieces, advisories, press releases, fact sheets, and briefing books, showcasing strong writing skills.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with media contacts through written and verbal outreach, while efficiently managing media lists.
  • Develop strategic social media and influencer campaigns to expand client communities and meet business objectives.
  • Offer expert counsel to clients and colleagues on media, influencer, and digital trends, serving as a trusted thought leader.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, proactively meeting their needs, proposing and implementing innovative ideas, and delivering expert counsel and exceptional service.
  • Provide timely progress feedback to management.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by coaching and mentoring team members.
QualificationsWho you are:
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations with consumer, lifestyle and/or health brands
  • Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management and influencer relations
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. is needed
  • A passion for working with exciting international brands
  • Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related discipline
  • Track record of developing creative public relations strategies and programs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement to become an integral part of a new kind of agency
  • Excellent communication skills, dynamic, team player, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Passionately committed to collaboration
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation and communication skills; dynamic team player
  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and agency partners
