Job Description


Are you a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a background in consulting? Uber Eats is seeking an Account Manager to join our team working, focused on our Vancouver territory specifically. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, utilizing market research insights, and driving growth in the Vancouver territory.

What You\'ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners in the Vancouver territory. Act as the main point of contact for restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Consulting and Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Vancouver food delivery market. Use your findings to advise and consult with restaurant partners on strategies to optimize their business on the Uber Eats platform
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify key performance indicators and trends related to restaurant partners\' performance on the platform. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for your clients
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase order volume and revenue for restaurant partners in your portfolio. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with restaurant partners, ensuring that both parties are in alignment with mutually beneficial terms
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Account Management or Consulting
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets and data visualization tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • A passion for solving complex problems and have experience leading projects to solve business processes
  • Experience in building pitch decks
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
