As an Account Manager, you will be working as part of an account team that develops and delivers strategic, creative client programs. Your job is to tell the client's story and relentlessly pursue the best ROI, with a focus on executing programs and developing client relationships. An essential ingredient of your success is the ability to partner and collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders.

We're looking for a passionate team player with very strong creative thinking and organizational abilities. A strategic, creative and analytical thinker who can help create cross-channel media strategies for our clients.

Some of the amazing work you'll do:

  • First and foremost, you'll put your exceptional account management skills to work in developing solid client relationships and working with some of the biggest brands out there: keep in regular contact with clients, anticipate their needs, offer new ideas and offer to implement them, and provide expert counsel and outstanding overall account service
  • Building strategic social media campaigns that leverage influencer and custom created assets to grow client communities and achieve business goals
  • Developing workback schedules that deliver against approved plans
  • Providing recommendations for recommended influencer partners and social platform best practices as part of integrated recommendations
  • Negotiating and contracting influencers who are approved as part of our recommendations to support organic and paid social
  • Building social content strategies that place our ads across social media platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, IG, Facebook, Twitter, Google AdWords for video)
  • Liaising with production teams who develop custom creative for social for our clients to ensure they meet brand guidelines and timelines for publishing
  • Developing monthly content calendars for client social accounts we own and manage
  • Participating in forecasting and managing budgets for a specific set of client accounts; keeping the team and managers abreast of changes and suggesting solutions to any issues
  • Implementing (publishing and monitoring) social media plans across all online channels
  • Using your knowledge of industry & brand best practices and trends to innovate on how we do things
  • Utilizing MSL priority research tools to uncover relevant consumer insights, monitor social conversation, sentiment, and brand awareness
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions; The sky is the limit with creative thinking - bring your A-game and encourage others to think outside the box
Qualifications

Who you are:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a social media
  • Passionate about how content creators can supercharge brand social strategies and want to learn more
  • Interest in developing skills in influencer relations and management
  • Strong client and account management skills
  • Proficient in social media and digital eco-systems a.k.a. not afraid to get a bit nerdy
  • Some content production experience is preferred (understanding creative for social media and overall content strategy & development)
  • Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affect how consumers and brands communicate with one another
  • Passionately committed to collaboration and team culture
  • Strong proficiency across publishing, monitoring, and managing social platforms including TikTok
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and agency partners
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
  • Comfort with analyzing data, deriving insights, and building creative output to meet client objectives
