(Senior) Account Manager
to join our sales team in Toronto.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-oriented and client-focused
Account Manager
with experience in
mainstream restaurant operations
. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our unique product offerings.
Experience in food production or production line environments
is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice sector
Promote Imagoh Foods' products through in-person presentations and sampling sessions
Manage client accounts from onboarding to post-sale support
Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, logistics, and production
Provide ongoing feedback and insights from the market to support internal product development
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in management or purchasing roles
Prior experience in sales or account management in the foodservice or hospitality industry preferred
Knowledge of food production processes or production line operations is an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
Valid Class G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Languages:
Fluency in English (required)
Cantonese & Mandarin (required)
French (considered an asset)
