Position Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented

Account Manager

to join our growing team in the building materials sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the primary liaison between our company and key clients, ensuring smooth order processing and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries and processing sales orders accurately Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams--including warehouse, logistics, and dispatch--to ensure accurate and timely deliveries Prepare quotes, pricing, and product recommendations tailored to each customer's requirements Maintain up-to-date account documentation, including order records, delivery confirmations, and invoices Handle client issues or complaints with professionalism, resolving them in a timely and effective manner Support the sales team in after-sales service, client follow-ups, and promotional campaigns Provide weekly reports on account activities, customer feedback, and potential sales opportunities

Qualifications:



Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of account management or client service experience in Canada required; experience in building materials or construction industry is a strong asset Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a significant asset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with order/inventory management systems is an advantage Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented approach to daily tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
