As we continue to grow, we're looking for a seasoned Account Manager with deep industry experience to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The
Account Manager
is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the folding carton and packaging industry. This role requires a proactive and strategic sales professional with a deep understanding of packaging manufacturing and printing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts focused on folding carton, lithography, displays, and packaging solutions
Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and customer retention
Collaborate with internal departments (design, estimating, production, logistics) to ensure client needs are met from concept to delivery
Identify opportunities for value-added solutions that meet client objectives
Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and presentations for customer meetings
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client site visits as required
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates
Qualifications:
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in the packaging, folding carton, or commercial printing industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of lithography and packaging production processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
