What You'll Do

Depending on your skills, you will work in one department of the Account Management team:

Inbound sales & customer support

Outbound sales

(warm leads only)

Live Chat Sales & Support (dedicated chat department)

You'll communicate with customers via phone and real-time chat, build relationships, and help clients find the best solutions.

What We're Looking For

Fluent spoken English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivation to meet targets and earn commissions Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Full-time availability (40-48 hours/week, weekends required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic

No experience required

Sales or customer service

experience is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

Base salary ($18 CAD per hour) + commission (USD)

Earn up to $8000 CAD++ (base salary and commission combined) per month

during

high season

Low season commission (Mar-Jul):

$500-$1,000+USD

High season commission (Aug-Feb):

$1,500-$5000+USD
