Duties and Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and expand our client base. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional service. Understand customer needs and translate them into clear instructions for our production staff. Prepare quotes, enter orders using our order entry software, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with suppliers to recommend materials and products that meet customer requirements for quality and pricing. Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Strong relationship management - the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through. Communication - Clear, empathetic communicator - both written and verbal - with a professional and friendly tone. Client management - serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships Business Development - proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts, contributing to the company's overall sales goals. Needs Assessment & Communication - Understand customer needs and effectively communicate project details and requirement to internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process. Attention to Detail - meticulous with order details, artwork specifications, and shipping logistics to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. Order Management and Accuracy - prepare detailed quotes, accurately enter orders using internal software, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration - Collaborate with the team (internal and product suppliers) to recommend high-quality, cost-effective products and materials that align with client goals and branding. Cross-functional collaboration - work closely with sales and production teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of projects and materials. Adaptability - able to pivot based on client needs or internal priorities while maintaining quality and professionalism. Tech-savvy - comfortable using online ordering systems, CRM tools, and file management software. Experience in graphic design, printing, sign, or promotional product industry would be an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
