In this position, you will have direct responsibility of customer accounts, working directly with key customers and representing the Irving Pulp & Paper brand.Qualifications:

• Education Required: College Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree (Business or Commerce preferred)
• Years of Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers, transportation companies and mill technical personnel to properly administer claims
• Compile and report statistics as required
• Process and manage customer orders from order entry through to invoicing and delivery
• Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
• Ensure Customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met and troubleshoot issues for Sales and Operations in this fast paced environment
• Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and meeting customers\xe2\x80\x99 service needs quickly, professionally and accurately
• Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints
• Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain current customer records; track the status of orders and deliveries; maintain sales commission and expense records; and generate sales reports and statistics
