Role Overview
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, and identify business opportunities among existing clients. This role requires strong communication, project coordination, and business communication to support clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Support client accounts, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Oversee daily sales functions, including processing orders, tracking fulfillment, issuing invoice, and coordinating shortages and remittances
Ensure all projects (e.g., product development, sample creation, production runs) are executed on time and meet client specifications.
Monitor order processing, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update tracking sheets to monitor and analyze sales performance, P&L, inventory, marketing campaigns, productions schedules, etc.
Complete and organized vendor documents, product setup forms, and other related paperwork
Maintain and update line-sheets, order forms, and additional sales documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Handle complaints, troubleshoot quality concerns, and coordinate corrective actions quickly and professionally.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Suggest new product ideas or enhancements based on client feedback.
Attend sales meeting, trade shows and events
Act as a liaison for across internal team, including sales, marketing, accounting, production, product development, logistics and design departments, to ensure smooth project execution and information flow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
Proven work experience as Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or in similar client-facing roles
Attention to details with strong analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in team environment
Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
