Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, and new offerings.

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
