What You'll Be Doing

As our new Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our amazing clients. You'll build strong relationships, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure everyone feels taken care of. Sound like your kind of jam? Here's a peek into your day:

Stay on top of industry rules and company policies

Deliver stellar service and timely support

Keep current on the latest insurance trends and products

Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests with care

Document all interactions for smooth sailing and audits

Review policies for accuracy and get them where they need to go

What You Bring to the Table

Level One RIBO Licensed for 3+ years (preferred)

3+ year of industry experience (bonus points!)

Insurance knowledge that impresses your friends (or at least your coworkers)

Excellent people and communication skills

Team spirit with the ability to fly solo

Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office
