Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will:

Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing clients

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (from order taking to invoicing)

Develop customer retention strategies and identify sales opportunities

Respond efficiently to client requests and ensure customer satisfaction

Coordinate problem resolution and prepare progress reports

Keep client information up to date in the CRM

Promote Turbo Images' values

Who We're Looking For

College diploma (DEC) or university certificate in commerce, marketing, business administration, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including project management

Experience or knowledge in the graphic industry, logistics, and operations (strong asset)

Excellent customer service and communication skills (French and English)

Ability to manage stress and urgent situations

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and priority management

Positive leadership, teamwork, and a passionate attitude

Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
