We are now seeking an Account Manager reporting to our Head of Account Manager and Customer Success. It is a fabulous opportunity to make your mark and join our team in Canada as one of the world\'s leading FinTech solution providers.

The role - what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do as an Account Manager at Dext:

This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain great relationships, respond effectively to your client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and concerns to improve retention as well as bring revenue to the company by up-selling and cross-selling our solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs;
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
• Introduce new, additional and premium products to your account portfolio, establishing their needs and pain points to provide solutions;
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals;
• Use our passive account management (PAM) tools and your market awareness to prospect and forecast selling opportunities;
• Increase monthly recurring revenue and average invoice value via cross and up-sell activity;
• Get a thorough understanding of our service and product offerings in order to upsell and cross-sell to clients more effectively;
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders, working alongside colleagues to ensure a seamless buying and deployment process;
• Develop a successful buyer journey, supporting and creating a positive experience for your customers, mitigating contraction churn and cancellation.

• Highly developed communication skills and a positive demeanour;
• Demonstrable previous success in a B2B sales role, predominantly liaising with customers over the phone;
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets;
• Can build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners at all levels;
• A consultative, process driven and persistent approach with exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of the accounting and bookkeeping industry (preferred).
