Our client is one of Ontario\'s leading fresh produce suppliers, servicing over 10,000 SKU\'s of fresh produce annually. They work with every sector, from chain stores and independent grocers, to wholesale and food service.

They are currently seeking an Account Manager to add to the team!

Location: Etobicoke, ON
Salary: $65K-$75k with eligibility for bonus
Hours: 100% In-office from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible start times (6:00AM to 2:00PM/ 6:30AM to 2:30PM/ 7:00AM to 3:00PM

:

• Oversee the day-to-day tasks involved with handling the customers\' needs and

concerns, and maintaining account activities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records and keep track of contract updates and renewals
• Work closely with Program Sales Department in managing customer account details
• Maintain and update Customer Pricing
• Review and follow-up on Customer Fill Rates
• Review Sales Reports, Budgets, and Margins
• Prepare Strategic Account Plans and ensure KPI\'s are being met

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management
• Professional experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Experience working in the Grocery/ Produce Industry a major asset
• Ability to multi-task with several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office with strong experience in Excel
• ERP knowledge/ experience
