Tasks
Oversee order placement and execution with production units, safeguarding delivery conditions & acting as the voice of the customer. Handle escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team. Take responsibility for achieving budgeted customer results & analyze KPIs related to financial performance & delivery metrics. Develop & enhance customer contracts & supplier agreements (annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, contract amendments). Collect & analyze customer insights & host regular customer performance reviews. You are confident to work within a global team of Customer Service, Account & Sales manage on the point goal of customer satisfaction Take on special projects & initiatives that drive operational excellence & customer value.

Requirements

The candidate should essentially fulfill the following requirements:


Minimum Diploma/degree qualified, preferably in a business or engineering 3 years+ Experience in customer related roles Experience in Aviation MRO industry advantageous Exceptional service orientation and customer focus Excellent written and verbal communication Solid proficiency in the relevant IT systems used (MS Office/Teams, ERP Systems) Very good knowledge of internal processes and relationships is a plus Strong analytical skills and well-developed conceptual thinking abilities Diplomacy and negotiating Strong initiative to make decisions and a structured, systematic way of working Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Commitment to ongoing professional development Company
