Summary of Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the strategic key driver of client success, responsible for developing the core marketing strategy and overseeing the execution of high-performing marketing systems for a portfolio of clients.
This is a dynamic role that requires hands-on involvement in building out the full marketing funnel during onboarding, combined with providing strategic guidance and oversight for continuous social media and email execution. You will leverage performance data to ensure continuous optimization, acting as the primary point of contact for clients to achieve their core goals of brand growth and direct bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all initial systems, assets, and marketing tools are properly set up to support long-term success.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through clear communication, proactive updates, and strong relationship management.
Campaign Oversight:
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project goals, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and meet client expectations.
Social Media Strategy & Oversight:
Develop the core content and engagement strategy for Instagram Reels, stories, and posts, actively researching trends and competitor strategies to improve performance. You will oversee a Marketing Assistant who handles the routine posting and community management once a strategy is established.
Email Marketing:
Design and implement compelling email campaigns using Canva and HighLevel (CRM) to nurture guest leads and drive bookings. You will provide oversight and guidance for weekly email campaigns and routine deployment.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to improve client outcomes.
Website Development Support:
Liaise between clients and our web development team, clearly communicating client needs, feedback, and content requirements to ensure the successful execution of their custom direct booking websites.
Paid Ads Support:
Support the setup and basic management of Facebook ad campaigns, collaborating with our Ad Specialist to ensure proper execution and ongoing optimizations.
Team Collaboration:
Actively share ideas, test results, and innovations with fellow team members to continually raise the bar on what's possible for client success.
Marketing Strategy:
Own the development and refinement of all client marketing funnels, tailoring them to each brand's identity and ideal guest profile to align with client goals and ensure consistent growth.
General Support:
Take initiative in assisting with additional marketing tasks or projects as needed to support the growth of the company.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
1-3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Account Management, or Project Management role, ideally within a marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build immediate rapport and maintain high-trust client relationships through proactive, clear, and professional communication.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, maintain tight deadlines, and consistently deliver work with a high degree of polish.
Proven experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies with a clear focus on conversion and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Canva, coupled with a strong eye for design and branding.
Solid grasp of current social media trends, visual storytelling, and content marketing strategy.
Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs such as lead generation, audience growth, and conversions.
Self-motivated strategic thinker with the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive initiatives forward.
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) to manage both ongoing and deadline-bound projects and workflows.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or other social scheduling and analytics tools.
Experience creating brand kits for various brands to elicit different vibes and appeal to different audiences.
Direct experience using HighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms to build funnels and automations.
