About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to high-value clients, guiding their marketing success through expert advice, strong relationships, and measurable results. This client-facing role requires business expertise, digital strategy expertise, and sharp communication skills. You'll own the client relationship end-to-end--from onboarding to retention--while working with cross-functional teams to deliver growth-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth
Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and offering expert recommendations.
Upsell tailored services that align with client needs and drive measurable ROI.
Relationship & Account Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Founders, CEOs, and CMOs.
Lead client accounts with precision, accountability, and proactive communication.
Prepare and present quarterly reviews, growth roadmaps, and performance insights.
Collaboration & Oversight
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, paid ads, creative, content, web, and CRO) to deliver results.
Manage timelines, KPIs, and deliverables with clarity and authority.
Anticipate risks, resolve issues before escalation, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of account management, client success, or consulting experience (agency experience required).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, web, CRO, content).
Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and project management software (Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace).
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect tactical execution to business outcomes.
Driven, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with KPIs and accountability.
