Job Description

1. Provincial Account Development & Territory Growth



Take full ownership of

sales development and market expansion

within the assigned

province/region

. Identify and pursue

new business opportunities

with flooring retailers, builders, architect firm, design house and professional installers. Maintain and strengthen relationships with

existing customers

to increase sales volume. Conduct

on-site visits

to engage key accounts and decision-makers. Analyze

regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

to refine sales strategies.

2. Salesforce CRM & Sales Activity Management



Utilize

Salesforce CRM daily

to track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Plan and document

sales trips, meetings, and follow-ups

in Salesforce for visibility and reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including

purchase history, pricing agreements, and communications

. Use CRM insights to

prioritize high-potential accounts and follow up on sales opportunities

.

3. Sales Quota, Forecasting & Performance Tracking



Achieve

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

based on company revenue goals. Provide

accurate sales forecasts

using Salesforce data and market insights. Develop and execute an

account development plan

, outlining key growth strategies for the region. Track

sales performance, conversion rates, and order values

to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Customer Support & Relationship Management



Act as the

primary contact for customers

within the assigned territory. Provide

product recommendations, pricing information, and marketing materials

to help customers succeed. Work closely with the

order desk, logistics, and claims teams

to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution. Gather customer feedback on

product quality, availability, and market demands

to inform business strategy.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement



Work closely with the

marketing team

to implement regional promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the

procurement team

to align sales efforts with inventory planning. Identify

process improvements in sales operations, reporting, and customer engagement

. Stay updated on

industry trends, flooring product innovations, and competitor strategies

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$84,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dartmouth, NS B3B 2C9
