The
Account Manager

Customer Onboarding
plays a key role in welcoming and integrating clients, from the kickoff meeting to the full deployment of the platform.
They ensure fast and lasting adoption, deliver engaging training sessions, and create a positive customer experience that paves the way for a long-term trust-based relationship.
Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in account management, software implementation, or project management (SaaS/construction experience is an asset).
Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and propose simple, effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
* Comfortable working with a variety of profiles: field teams, office staff, and management.
