We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong background in account management, sales, and business development. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for both our clients and the company.

Responsibilities



Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Collaborate with sales teams to strategize on market trends and business development initiatives. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Utilize CRM system to track account activity, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Experience



Proven experience in account management or a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for negotiation. Background in sales or business development is highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is an asset. Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
Who You Are

2-3 years of experience in sales, account management or business development

, ideally in tech, marketing or creative industries. A

good communicator

(written & verbal) who can lead meetings and inspire confidence. Comfortable with creative projects and understands the basics of graphic design, branding or digital marketing (tools like Canva, Photoshop, or WordPress are a plus). Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Haves

Previous agency or software company experience. Familiarity with CRMs or project management tools. Basic design portfolio or examples of campaigns you've helped execute.
