About the Role
Corus Entertainment has an exciting opportunity for a Client Marketing Account Manager (Local). Corus Client Marketing is a specialized division within the Sales team that develops innovative, custom, and strategic media solutions for advertisers to drive measurable results.
As a Client Marketing Account Manager, you will play a key role in conceiving, developing, and presenting integrated marketing solutions for clients. You will work closely with advertisers and internal partners to deliver creative, cross-platform campaigns that leverage Corus's extensive media assets.
You will contribute by:

  • Achieve Client Marketing revenue targets through the sale of integrated media and marketing solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with a defined list of clients in partnership with Corus Account Managers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key advertisers to drive revenue across Corus's 360 platforms.
  • Lead and participate in creative brainstorm sessions that generate innovative, on-strategy ideas aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop compelling and customized client presentations that showcase Corus's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify Corus brand priorities and develop multi-platform "tentpole" opportunities.
  • Lead special projects requiring high-level strategic oversight and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the Corus Client Marketing team.
Skills and experience you will bring:
  • A university degree or relevant post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing solutions from concept development to successful execution.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence in pitching ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing integrated media, sponsorship, and promotional solutions.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted projects involving multiple platforms and stakeholders.
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, combined with a proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Background in Integrated Planning, Consumer Marketing, Brand Management, or Promotions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
