Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused

Account

Manager

to join our high-performing Business Insurance team.



In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting Mid-Market clients, ensuring seamless policy administration, timely documentation, and top-tier client service. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Insurance, you'll work closely with Account Managers and insurers to deliver a first-class experience to our valued clients.



You'll be the go-to expert for managing policy changes, documentation, and client follow-ups -- helping us deliver on our promise of reliable, responsive service.

You'll

Do



Process Auto and Property endorsements, including invoicing and data entry in Policy Works Manage updates for Named Insured Schedules, Vehicles, Drivers, Contractors Equipment, and Statement of Values Follow up on all finalized documents and signed worksheets Track and maintain abeyance files to ensure timely follow-ups for insurer-issued policies Assemble and send policy binders and manual policies to clients Add or remove vehicles and drivers and update corresponding lists accordingly Prepare premium financing renewal offers and follow up on payments or financing contracts Issue renewal Certificates of Insurance and Pink Slips Order updated Level II CVOR documents as required

Qualifications and

Typically, 5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance with a strong understanding of Mid-Market account servicing RIBO License Required Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Excellent client service and communication skills Proactive and self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset
