We're looking for a
professional, people-focused Account Manager
to manage client relationships and coordinate service delivery in a
fast-paced, multi-client environment
. This role requires emotional maturity, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm, clear, and organized under pressure.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring expectations are managed, communication is consistent, and issues are addressed appropriately.
What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and next steps
Coordinate client requests with internal service teams (Ads, SEO, Content, Web, Social)
Prepare for and participate in regular client check-ins and Monthly Business Reviews
Track client feedback, concerns, and requests, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and follow-through
Support client retention by identifying early concerns and flagging risks
Represent the company confidently and calmly in all client interactions
