Job Location: Alberta and BCA leading provider of specialized heavy equipment is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand reach in Alberta and British Columbia. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting equipment sales within select markets. Utilizing market expertise, on-site presence, and strong relationship-building skills, you will drive business development in the agriculture, construction or industrial sectors. - Proactively identify and establish new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. This position is over 80% hunting.
- Analyze market needs and sectors to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct regular site visits to targeted markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
- Join relevant associations and participate in meetings, events, etc.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within assigned industries.Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales focusing heavily on outbound and outside sales (80-100%).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Drive to excel and exceed sales quotas. We are looking for a hunter.
Proficiency with CRM systems.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at managing long sales cycles.
Valid driver\'s license.
Experience or knowledge within Agriculture, construction or Industrial sectors is an asset.Summary
