About the Role
ClearDent is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to support and grow our customer relationships nationwide. You'll be at the forefront of helping dentists and office managers unlock their full potential with ClearDent's suite of value-added solutions. Motivated to sell and excited to win, you'll educate customers on opportunities for greater profitability while collaborating closely with our Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience.
This is a full-time temporary position to cover a leave of absence — an exciting opportunity to make an impact and gain valuable experience with a leading dental software provider.
Responsibilities
Develop new business with an assigned portfolio of customers through post-acquisition sales, including upgrades, additional licenses, new subscriptions, integration, modules, and partner products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by being a knowledgeable contact capable of identifying the roots of customer concerns, managing product and performance expectations, and escalating to appropriate departments.
Become a reliable source for answers regarding product features, service scope, contractual obligations, billing inquiries, and new releases.
Manage the sales pipeline with detailed, articulate notes on prospects and customer interactions within our CRM.
Keeping detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in CRM and other relevant business applications.
Other duties may be required and assigned by the Manager.
What You Bring
A minimum of two years of software sales or dental sales experience is preferred.
Present and attentive team player, embracing new ideas with plenty of patience
Comfortable with technology, efficient computer skills, and familiar with Salesforce CRM.
Understand the importance and the how of maintaining strict data integrity.
Proficient English speaker with a knack for verbal and written communication.
Dental or medical industry experience as an administrator or office manager is a nice-to-have!
Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel on occasion.
