At IT Unlock, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital transformation services, and we are on the lookout for a talented individual who can contribute to our growth and success. Strong experience in cold calling, IT staff augmentation, and IT consulting is essential. Experience in cybersecurity or artificial intelligence is an asset. Responsibilities: Drive business opportunities through proactive prospecting, including cold-calling and dedicated outreach efforts. Establish and nurture relationships with customers, consistently identifying and addressing their evolving needs. Conduct on-site visits to customers, identifying growth opportunities within our platform. Manage comprehensive reporting on the overall health and performance of customers' accounts. Take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, demonstrating consistent achievement. Handle RFP responses, proposal development, and quotation creation. Act as a representative of IT Unlock at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Schedule and attend appointments with clients to foster relationships and address business needs. Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of resumes received from the Recruitment Team. Utilize experience in IT staff augmentation and IT consulting to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Leverage knowledge in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence to enhance client offerings and drive sales. Proven experience in cold calling and business development in the IT industry. Knowledge of cybersecurity or artificial intelligence is a strong asset. Excellent communication in English and French Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
