The Role, Your Impact: Under the direction of the National Director of Regions, you will contribute to the following challenges:
Oversee strategic accounts and work closely with Directors and VPs.
Develop long-term strategies to grow and maintain client relationships.
Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients.
Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals.
Analyze market trends and use client data to create tailored solutions.
Drive new business opportunities and expand product offerings.
Mentor and manage junior account managers.
Ensure forecast accuracy and timely execution of initiatives.
Lead the execution of company policies and promote a performance driven culture.
Your assets for this position:
Education: University degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience:
o Several years of experience in account management or a related field. o Expertise in food processing or similar industries. o Proven sales experience, ideally in managing major accounts.
Skills :
o Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. o In-depth expertise in the food industry and complex processing systems. o Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
Language: Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
