Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at Helpany, you will be the driving force behind our growth. This is a high-performance role where you'll consistently exceed ambitious sales targets: you'll own the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed contracts, relentlessly building pipeline and closing deals. Your focus is on winning new senior living communities, creating partnerships that deliver immediate ROI. You'll sell a high-value B2B solution with average deal sizes ranging from $50K to $500K+, targeting decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Executive Directors, Health & Wellness Directors, Clinical Directors, etc.) across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
You'll prove the measurable impact of our Paul device--reducing falls, boosting staff efficiency, and setting a new standard of care. You challenge the status quo and, by doing this, help senior communities succeed. What You'll Do
Drive New Business:
Proactively identify, prospect, and close new accounts in senior living markets.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
From cold outreach to signed contract, you own the process end-to-end.
Quota Crushing:
Consistently achieve (and exceed) ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
C-Suite Engagement:
Build trust with executive directors, administrators, and decision-makers at senior living organizations.
Solution Selling:
Conduct compelling product demos, position ROI-driven value, and handle objections with confidence.
Leverage Industry Networks:
Utilize and expand your professional relationships in the senior living and healthcare space to open doors and accelerate deal flow.
Territory Expansion:
Build and execute a strategic sales plan to rapidly grow Helpany's market share.
Collaboration:
You will work closely with the founders.
What We're Looking For
Proven Sales Hunter:
3+ years of experience in pure B2B sales with a track record of exceeding quotas. SaaS, healthcare, or senior living experience is a plus.
Closer Mentality:
Fearless in prospecting, relentless in follow-up, and laser-focused on closing deals.
High Energy & Resilience:
Startup-ready, highly self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment. You thrive in a self-driven, performance-oriented culture where results speak louder than titles.
Excellent Communicator:
Skilled at pitching, negotiating, and building trust at the executive level.
Strategic & Analytical:
Ability to map accounts, understand business drivers, and sell based on outcomes (ROI, reduced falls, staffing efficiency).
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), sales automation, and video conferencing for remote demos.
Mobility:
Ability and willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to meet prospects, attend industry events, and build strong customer relationships.
