Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team at Tropicraze. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with various departments to align our products with client needs and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities and lead generation through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our beverages. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction for both parties. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data for strategic decision-making. Provide exceptional account management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring service delivery meets expectations. Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive retention rates.

Skills



Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals. Experience in business development, particularly in B2B sales environments. Proficiency in marketing strategies that effectively attract new clients. Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. Demonstrated account management abilities to nurture long-term client relationships. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the organization. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Compensation Note


This role offers a base salary complemented by an exciting commission structure designed to reward performance. Commission opportunities are tied directly to bottle sales and milestones, giving top performers the chance to significantly increase their earnings while fueling Tropicraze's growth.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
