As a result, our sales team is also performance-based. About The Role We are seeking a High-Ticket Sales Executive to join our team. As this resource, you will be responsible for identifying and closing high-value sales opportunities for the agency. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying and qualifying leads, and successfully negotiating and closing deals. You will work closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure that the agency\'s services align with the client\'s needs and objectives. We have a high-performing sales team with an uncapped commission structure and the potential to earn well over $100,000 in your first year. Roles & Responsibilities

  • High-Value Sales: Identify and close high-value sales opportunities.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads, using research and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, regularly tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to ensure that the agency\'s services align with clients\' needs and objectives.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present professional proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new technologies to stay current in the field.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and industry professionals to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Continual Learning: Continuously seeking to improve skills, knowledge and abilities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay ahead of the curve.
