As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in guiding qualified leads through our enrollment journey. You'll conduct high-volume, high-quality conversations while using HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, track activity, and optimize conversion. Success in this role requires empathy, precision, and a strong commitment to excellence.

This is a full-time position with strong earning potential for professionals who excel in consultative, emotionally intelligent sales.

Responsibilities:



Make and receive a high volume of sales calls each day to warm, qualified leads provided through our inbound marketing channels. Effectively communicate the value and impact of the Rythmia experience, tailored to each individual's unique background and needs. Listen deeply to prospective guests, identify their motivations, and help them overcome objections to commit to their healing journey. Utilize HubSpot CRM to document interactions, manage follow-ups, and track progress through the deal stages. Maintain rigorous follow-up schedules to nurture leads, maximize conversion, and minimize lost opportunities. Collaborate closely with team leads and fellow consultants to share best practices and uphold sales integrity. Participate in daily team check-ins, weekly performance reviews, and ongoing sales training. Operate with empathy and discretion in conversations that often involve trauma, emotional growth, or spiritual inquiry. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including conversion rates, talk time, and revenue quotas.

Qualifications:



3+ years of successful phone-based sales experience in wellness, hospitality, transformational travel, or related high-touch B2C industries. Proven ability to close high-ticket sales in an emotionally nuanced or consultative environment. Experience working in a phone room or structured sales environment with performance-based expectations. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar). Strong communication and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of managing time and priorities independently. A genuine interest in wellness, spiritual development, and alternative healing modalities.

Compensation:



Competitive base salary + commission structure Top performers earn $120,000.00+ (CAD) annually

Pay: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
