Account Executive
to fuel growth and build institutional partnerships across North America.
In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in expanding Carson Dunlop's presence within the post-secondary, private career college, and continuing education sectors, creating new opportunities and lasting partnerships that drive business success.
This position focuses exclusively on B2B opportunities, advancing the licensing and distribution of Carson Dunlop's Home Inspection Education Program, curriculum, and instructor resources. The ideal candidate is a consultative, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on managing the entire sales cycle--from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage potential institutional partners (colleges, training institutes, continuing education departments) across Canada and the U.S.
Develop outbound prospecting campaigns and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Represent Carson Dunlop at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote institutional partnerships.
Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with institutional and company goals.
Manage your pipeline in the CRM (CampusLogin) and report on sales performance.
Monitor trends in education, including accreditation standards, funding programs (e.g., Better Jobs Ontario), and program delivery innovations.
Share insights with Sales Leadership to inform go-to-market strategies, pricing structure, and product development opportunities.
What You Bring
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within education, SaaS, curriculum licensing or training solutions.
Demonstrated success in full-cycle business development, including prospecting, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education (preferred).
