We are currently seeking an "Account Executive" specialized in Acquisition Sales - New Business to join our team in Toronto. We're looking for an individual with a strong background and proven success in prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

You\'ll make meaningful contributions to the team by: Surpassing defined monthly sales revenue targets through assertive sales strategies, including self-generated lead generation and prospecting, prompt follow-up on leads, customer needs analysis, sales presentations, quotations, and finalizing deals. Preparing, presenting, and securing customer agreements, quotations, and forms, while coordinating with relevant teams for product/service provisioning. Meeting department metrics standards, including daily call volume, lead follow-up, sales funnel velocity, and closed sale ratios. Maintaining and updating sales activity data in the required systems and databases (e.g., CRM). Participating actively in Business Solutions Team meetings, training, and educational events. Representing the company at external Sales-related functions and events when necessary. Continuously investing in personal development and education, including industry knowledge and competitive awareness, as well as sales skills and methodologies. Contributing to the growth of the Business Services Team and individuals through knowledge sharing and strategic input. Collaborating effectively with other Teams and Departments. Fulfilling other duties as needed.
Requirements
What qualifications will you bring to our team? Post-Secondary education or higher, including a minimum of 3 years of combined inside and outside sales experience. Familiarity with Telecommunications is a definite advantage. Demonstrated success in a customer acquisition role involving lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, presentation, and closing. Proficiency in understanding sales cycles is crucial. Exceptional ability to simplify and communicate value propositions, ROI, and similar concepts. A proactive approach to managing the sales funnel, ensuring a minimum of 3X opportunities to meet/exceed close ratios and maximum opportunity volume/velocity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar). Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy, driven, and enthusiastic. Possession of a valid Ontario Drivers License.
