Priority Worldwide est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un professionnel de la vente dynamique et motiv\xc3\xa9 pour contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de notre client\xc3\xa8le commerciale existante et potentielle. Les candidats doivent poss\xc3\xa9der un fort d\xc3\xa9sir d\'apprendre et de vendre les services Priority et d\'interagir de mani\xc3\xa8re proactive avec le personnel et les clients Priority.

Priority fournira l\'infrastructure et les ressources n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour commercialiser avec succ\xc3\xa8s notre entreprise. On s\'attend \xc3\xa0 ce que le charg\xc3\xa9 de compte utilise les outils fournis et d\xc3\xa9veloppe davantage notre syst\xc3\xa8me pour conqu\xc3\xa9rir avec succ\xc3\xa8s des parts de march\xc3\xa9. Un responsable de compte Priority qui r\xc3\xa9ussit doit apporter de nouvelles id\xc3\xa9es et cibler de mani\xc3\xa8re agressive les entreprises potentielles. L\'\xc3\xa9tablissement de relations, la tenue de compte et le suivi sont des caract\xc3\xa9ristiques essentielles requises de cette personne.

Vous recevrez une formation technique continue et un soutien sur le fret a\xc3\xa9rien, le fret maritime, la logistique de gestion de projet, le transport terrestre, l\'entreposage et le courtage en douane. De plus, vous recevrez une formation sur notre syst\xc3\xa8me de devis et en apprendrez davantage sur notre processus CRM et de gestion des opportunit\xc3\xa9s. Vous serez \xc3\xa9galement expos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 notre strat\xc3\xa9gie \xc3\xa0 long terme et \xc3\xa0 nos objectifs de croissance.

T\xc3\xa2ches de base

\xc2\xb7 \xc3\x89tablit et maintien des contacts avec les clients et d\xc3\xa9veloppe une strat\xc3\xa9gie de vente.

\xc2\xb7 G\xc3\xa9rer les relations quotidiennes avec la client\xc3\xa8le assign\xc3\xa9e et d\xc3\xa9velopper une compr\xc3\xa9hension approfondie des besoins des clients et des strat\xc3\xa9gies commerciales \xc3\xa0 long terme.

\xc2\xb7 Communication constante avec les clients via des visites en personne, t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone et e-mail pour renforcer les liens commerciaux existants et g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer de nouvelles opportunit\xc3\xa9s de revenus.

\xc2\xb7 N\xc3\xa9gocier des contrats, pr\xc3\xa9parer des devis et des propositions pour les clients.

\xc2\xb7 Diffusion des SOP pertinentes et de l\'information de l\'industrie au personnel des op\xc3\xa9rations.

\xc2\xb7 Interagir avec tout le personnel des op\xc3\xa9rations et du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le (domestique, exportation et importation) pour assurer l\'ach\xc3\xa8vement des activit\xc3\xa9s et un environnement d\'\xc3\xa9quipe coh\xc3\xa9sif.

\xc2\xb7 Augmenter la r\xc3\xa9solution de tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes, pr\xc3\xa9occupations, etc. qui se d\xc3\xa9veloppent avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les op\xc3\xa9rations.

\xc2\xb7 Assister et coordonner les s\xc3\xa9minaires d\'\xc3\xa9ducation des clients.

\xc2\xb7 Utilisation pr\xc3\xa9cise et opportune du syst\xc3\xa8me CRM et des op\xc3\xa9rations de Priority pour g\xc3\xa9rer les relations avec les clients, les pipelines et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s.

\xc2\xb7 Participation hebdomadaire aux r\xc3\xa9unions ventes, de gestion et/ou op\xc3\xa9rationnelles selon les demandes/besoins, y compris la pr\xc3\xa9paration de rapports pour la direction.

\xc2\xb7 Participation au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de mat\xc3\xa9riel exploitation relatifs, pr\xc3\xa9sentoirs de salons commerciaux, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Voyager selon les besoins pour d\xc3\xa9velopper, s\xc3\xa9curiser et maintenir les activit\xc3\xa9s cibl\xc3\xa9es.

Exigences de base

  • 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la vente
  • 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le transport de fret
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 n\xc3\xa9gocier et \xc3\xa0 conclure des accords complexes
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 bien travailler avec d\'autres responsables fonctionnels de l\'entreprise pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies, des plans et fixer des objectifs
  • Baccalaureate preferer

Position Overview

Priority Worldwide is seeking an outgoing, motivated sales professional to contribute to the development of our existing and prospective commercial client base. Candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and sell Priority services and proactively interact with Priority personnel and clients.

Priority will provide the infrastructure and resources to successfully market our company. It is expected that the Account Executive will utilize the tools provided and further develop our system to successfully capture market share. A successful Priority account executive must contribute new ideas and aggressively target potential business. Relationship building, account maintenance and follow-through are essential characteristics required of this person.

You will be provided continued technical training and support on air freight, ocean freight, project management logistics, ground transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage. Additionally, you will receive training on our quote system, and learning about our CRM and opportunity management process. You will also be exposed to our longer-term strategy and growth targets.

Basic Duties
  • Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clientele and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term business strategies.
  • Constant communication with clients via in-person visits, phone and e-mail to strengthen existing business ties and generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepares quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Dissemination of pertinent SOP\'s and industry Information to operations staff.
  • Interact with all operations and customer service staff (domestic, export, and Import) to ensure completion of activities and a cohesive team environment.
  • Augment resolution of any problems, concerns, etc. that develop with clients, vendors and operations.
  • Assist with and coordinate client education seminars.
  • Accurate and timely utilization of Priority\'s CRM and Operations system to manage client relationships, sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Weekly attendance of sales, management, and/or operational meetings as requested/needed, including preparation of reports for management.
  • Participation in development of relative marketing materials, tradeshow displays, etc.
  • Travel as needed to develop, secure and maintain target business.
  • Market research to identify new clients and to expand business with existing clients in identified markets.
  • Identification of new business opportunities that will contribute to personal/company growth based on market feedback/research.
Basic Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in sales
  • 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Ability to work well with other functional heads of the business to develop strategies, plans and sets objectives.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred.
  • Experience using Cargo Wise preferred.
