Pre-IPO tech firm in Montreal with 3x year-over-year growth is looking for smart and humble Account Executives with 3+ years sales success in a SaaS environment.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll enjoy autonomy, full ownership and accountability while working remotely in an environment where collaboration and culture are important. This is a completely full-cycle, high-responsibility role with numerous resources to ensure your success including a company pipeline of almost 200 leads a day. The right candidate is someone who thinks outside the box, thrives under pressure, and is focused on meeting targets.
Responsibilities:

  • New Logo Sales \xe2\x80\x93 Closing new accounts and consistently hits targets.
  • Lead Conversion \xe2\x80\x93 Nurturing \xe2\x80\x9chanded\xe2\x80\x9d warm leads from sales cycle to close.
  • Presentation \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
  • Forecast \xe2\x80\x93 Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Organize \xe2\x80\x93 Manage multiple tasks: leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc.
  • Getting Better Every Day \xe2\x80\x93 You will be provided great on-boarding and training support, with continued coaching.
  • Thought Leadership \xe2\x80\x93 It\xe2\x80\x99s important to understand and form a passion for our industry. We expect you to learn at every opportunity.

Requirements:*
  • B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of total sales experience in a SaaS closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer. Ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Experience navigating client relations through organization including C level.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
  • Experience conducting your own discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Personality traits: positive, passionate, creative, smart, high-character.
