What you'll focus on:
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline (prospectdeal close).
Conduct structured discovery and demos using CloudTalk dialers and CI.
Qualify leads via BANT/MEDDP(IC)-lite frameworks.
Negotiate and close deals independently.
Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline in HubSpot.
Execute consistent outreach through calls, email, and WhatsApp sequences.
Use Conversation Intelligence insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate on post-sale handoffs and feedback to CSM / Enablement.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience
: you have 1 year in full-cycle outbound sales (SaaS preferred).
Tools proficiency
: you are comfortable with HubSpot CRM, Lusha, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools
Metrics-driven mindset
: you understand connect rate, talk ratio, and conversion funnel.
Languages
: you are business fluent in English (additional EU languages a plus).
Ownership
: you have proven ability to run pipeline end-to-end.
Coachability
: you are receptive to feedback from enablement and CI analytics.
Tech-savvy
: you are comfortable with automation tools and AI-driven call review.
