Renoworks Pro increases the number of high conversion leads captured by Contractors in the Residential and Commercial exterior renovations industry. Additionally, Sales close rates are increased by 15% on average, sales cycles shortened and sales expenses reduced. Contractor clients love using Renoworks Pro to select their final manufacturer, product line and colors for roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, paint, brick and stone.

Industry: Exterior replacement--roofing, siding, windows/doors/garage doors, residential painting (U.S./Canada). Buyer roles: Owner/GM, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager. Pain points: Homeowners can't picture the result ? stalls/second visits; reps oversell with words, undersell upgrades; inconsistent proposals; premium lines under-selected without visuals; website traffic not converting to booked demos

SMB: 1.3K ACV (70% of the market) Multi-branch/enterprise: $2K+ 30% of the market)

What are the key responsibilities the sales rep will own? (please include as much detail as possible)



Outbound Calling and Email Sequences to generate leads (30% of time) as necessary. 3 SDR's currently providing leads along with trade shows, events and inbound Attending trade shows and events Discovery Video call pitches - discovery, determining value proposition, conveying the value and ROI to prospects, demo, pricing Ensuring each Opp moves quickly and efficiently through the Opp Pipeline Proposals Negotiation and Closing Deals that are profitable for Renoworks Thorough documentation, note taking, next steps and data accuracy within the Hubspot CRM Follow up and frequent activity with all Opps Holding pitch meetings outside of standard business hours as needed. Approx. 2x per week Meeting monthly sales targets

Additional Information



Work from home Provide own computer, cell phone, office and internet access Attend up to 8 trade shows/events per year across the U.S. All expenses paid by Renoworks Full-time, contract role OR Employee if located in Canada Remuneration: Combination of base salary and 15% commission Commissions paid within 1 month of receipt of funds from the client
