The Role
We are hiring an Account Executive who wants more than just a sales job. This is a role for someone who is hungry to grow, ready to learn, and excited to build a career in an industry with unlimited potential.
Work alongside Senior Executives on major accounts while expanding your own portfolio. You will have strong mentorship with the freedom to take initiative, uncover opportunities, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn our custom-designed product categories, systems, and customer needs through in-depth training
Partner with our
Senior Account Executives
in the management of major corporate accounts, with a focus on upcoming convergence projects.
As an Account Manager, you will manage the complete sales cycle of your accounts:
client presentation preparation
completing clients' requests for information
drafting requests for quotation
product development and design coordination
order processing
downloading customer processes to our production, logistics, accounting, and customer service teams.
timeline management
Build your own territory through prospecting tasks, including identification of new markets and industries, customer and contact research, cold calling, execution of LinkedIn, direct email and direct mail campaigns.
Lead client meetings with confident presentation of ideas and negotiation skills as a packaging consultant, applying product knowledge to meet client needs.
Use NetSuite, Salesforce, and other tools to track your opportunities, build your pipeline, and stay organized.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent our companies and showcase what we do best.
Prepare annual sales plans and budget and track your results to report regularly to Management.
Who We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or project management.
Experience working with retailers, packaging, promotional products, logistics, or related industries is an asset.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build genuine client relationships.
A track record of bringing in new business or growing accounts.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
Based in Toronto with the ability to travel to visit clients as needed.
