We are looking for a motivated

Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing sales team. Operating out of our head office in Laval, Quebec you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand sales within our current customer base, as well as developing new business through inbound leads. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales quotas and a passion for building long-term relationships with customers.

Your Mission



Contribute to increasing our sales opportunity pipeline and play a key role in converting those opportunities to revenue, allowing the Sales Team to meet and exceed its revenue targets.

Develop strong relationships with customers, promoting customer loyalty and recurring revenue.

Responsibilities



Identify opportunities to expand sales within our existing customer base

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact and follow-up

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Carry out product demonstrations (95% remotely)

Compose and send proposals meeting customer requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's CRM system

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in a sales role including cold-calling, prospect research, email, and social media outreach, in a B2B sales environment.

Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric sales and a proven track record in driving revenue and reaching target KPI's.

Ability to successfully pitch a product or solution to a non-technical audience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as primary language

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of CRM and productivity platforms: Salesforce, MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, MS Teams

Additional Qualifications



Familiarity with video surveillance technology and the security industry

Having worked in a sales role involving the sale of both hardware products and SaaS services
