Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective shippers Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships Develop freight solutions that meet customer needs Negotiate pricing and service agreements Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery follow-up Start with cold calling and progress to managing established accounts

Qualifications

Competitive, self-starter mindset

with strong motivation to succeed Confident communicator with

excellent interpersonal skills

Drive to excel in a

performance-based sales environment

Sales or customer service experience is an asset (not required) Post-secondary education preferred

No logistics experience required, full training provided

Base salary + uncapped bonuses

$60,000+ first year (uncapped)
