What You Will Do?

You will manage the entire sales cycle. No handing off clients to someone else, you hunt them, you close them, you keep them.

Prospect:

Identify and cold-call shippers across North America to build your pipeline.

Consult:

Diagnose supply chain pain points and offer Lumico's freight solutions.

Negotiate:

Go head-to-head on pricing with shippers and carriers to maximize margin.

Manage:

Oversee your freight from pickup to delivery, ensuring 100% client satisfaction.

Grow:

Turn one-off shipments into dedicated, long-term accounts.

The Qualifications

Sales or Customer Service experience is a plus, but

grit is required.

Post-secondary education is preferred. Strong tech proficiency (CRM, Load Boards, Email). Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
