What You'll Do

Make daily outbound sales calls to potential shippers Build and manage relationships with clients and carriers Provide tailored freight solutions that solve customer needs Negotiate pricing and service agreements Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery follow-up

Cold calling is a key part of this role early on. Over time, focus shifts to account management.

What You Bring

A competitive, self-starter mindset Confidence and strong communication skills The drive to succeed in a performance-based environment Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required Post-secondary education preferred No logistics background necessary - we provide training
