Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a global ERP company with several highly recognizable customers in the United States and Canada. They are a small but mighty and rapidly growing team of 115 employees! They are looking for an experienced salesperson with a consultative sales background who wants to be responsible for their own success.

About the role:

  • Effectively manage a full sales process: Build, manage, and convert pipeline
  • Generate a consistent number of demos a week from outbound and inbound opportunities (they get some inbound leads, but you will be expected to generate your own)
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prospect via phone, e-mail, social media, etc., and convert marketing leads into opportunities
  • Develop strong product knowledge
  • 6 - 24 months sales cycles with $37K-67K ARR deal sizes
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and meetings (some travel required)
About you:
  • Hunter mentality - must be able to find, qualify, engage, and close customer accounts
  • 3+ years of full sales cycle selling experience
  • RFP/RFI proposal writing experience required
  • Prior experience in selling into medium to enterprise-sized accounts, accounting experience, or ERP sales experience is required, with selling into US accounts preferred
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success, consistently exceeding targets
  • Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
