The opportunity

The Account Executive, Vendor Sales achieves sales targets and budgets by prospecting, developing and enhancing relationships with vendors and customers.

The day-to-day

Relationship driven. Sales excellence. Engaged. Motivated.

Communicate directly with internal partners, vendors, customers, and external professionals.

Drive the credit and lease processes through the preparation of applications and documentation replace with generating quotes, applications, and credit write-ups.

Prospecting of new accounts.

Utilize effective communication to ensure customer expectations are successfully achieved with all internal/external stakeholders.

Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or equivalent training with minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of demonstrated sales experience in equipment financing or commercial lending.

Skills and competencies that will take you further

Understanding of credit within a variety of markets including Agriculture, Transportation, Construction, Forestry, Manufacturing, and general commercial sectors.

Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, time/people management skills.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build key relationships.

Strong business acumen, problem solving skills and analytical capabilities.

Proven work ethic with the utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed.

Strong critical thinking and mathematical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

Capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Capable of learning existing software and programming used in house while remaining flexible to new technology being introduced.

Innovative thinker who takes pride in their strong detail orientation.

Strategic problem solver focused on finding the best solution possible for the client and business.
