Sales Executive - RC Imaging

As a Sales Executive at RC Imaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and building strong relationships with medical imaging equipment manufacturers and distributors. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality X-ray accessories to wide variety of dealers and OEM's worldwide.

The ideal candidate will attend international trade shows annually, making new connections and visiting clients quarterly as determined by management.

Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities via outbound phone calls, email and networking. Customer Relationship Management: Processes customer information in Oracle NetSuite in an efficient manner, documenting all sales activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Sales personnel, purchasing agents, and other company stakeholders. Customer Service: Responds to customer inquiries, provides, quotes, and identifies areas to prospectively upsell to current customers. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Trade Shows: Attends annual trade shows as required. Sales Pipeline Management: Processes and qualifies new leads as assigned. Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales and revenue to support strategic planning. Collaboration: Work closely with the management, marketing, and customer support teams to achieve sales objectives. Administration: May assist with daily administration and office tasks as required. Performs all duties according to quality management system standards and company procedures. Special projects as assigned. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, Oracle NetSuite a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
